Support Oracle Health adoption across Brightshores Health System through change communications, organizational readiness, and stakeholder engagement. The position is based in Owen Sound.

This Communications Specialist will serve as the dedicated communications and engagement lead for HIS Renewal, Brightshores’ largest digital transformation initiative. You will create clear, audience-appropriate content for staff, physicians, leaders, and partners. The position spans planning, design, testing, implementation, go-live, and stabilization, while coordinating with project and change management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute integrated communications and organizational readiness strategies
- Translate complex technical and clinical information




- Coordinate with executive sponsors and physician champions
- Support communications during implementation and go-live
- Contribute communications expertise to broader departmental priorities

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive communications experience
- Experience supporting complex change or digital transformation
- Robust project management and organizational skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Ability to travel between Brightshores sites
