Serving as Supervisor Organizational Effectiveness internally, this position provides operational and people leadership within Enbridge’s Projects organization. You will convert business information into executive-level insights, guide a small professional team, and collaborate with Human Resources and senior stakeholders. Your work supports capability building, succession, resourcing, and sustained strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advance organizational capability and workforce planning priorities
- Analyze resource utilization, skill coverage, billability, and training participation
- Prepare executive reporting and impactful leadership materials
- Monitor milestones, risks, resources,



and interdependencies
- Drive change, continuous improvement, and improved ways of working

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in planning and analytics with strategic execution success
- Degree in business, economics, HR, operations, or related discipline
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
- Coaching and leadership skills for developing qualified teams
- Knowledge of project lifecycles, functions, resources, and capabilities
