Protect Discovery Mining’s industrial control systems and operational technology as Cybersecurity Lead, with expertise in IEC 62443 and infrastructure security. The corporate head office is downtown Toronto, Ontario, with periodic operating-site travel.

This senior cybersecurity position safeguards information systems, OT environments, and digital assets from cyber threats. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and OT teams while managing security risks affecting safety, productivity, and operational continuity. Mining industry experience is considered a robust asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee industrial control systems and OT environments aligned with IEC 62443
- Maintain segregation between IT and OT networks
- Evaluate risks across remote sites, field operations, and third parties




- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and OT teams
- Protect critical systems and sensitive business information

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
- Experience supporting OT and industrial control system environments
- Experience securing enterprise networks, cloud services, and endpoints
- Understanding of NIST CSF 2.0, IEC 62443, and MITRE ATT&CK;
- Mining industry experience is considered a strong asset
