This Pharmacy Manager position combines licensed pharmacist practice with operational leadership across Sobeys Inc.’s Canadian pharmacy banners. You will execute business plans, monitor key performance indicators, and maintain product availability while coaching staff. The role also supports Fusion, regulatory requirements, company policies, and consistent pharmacy experiences across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute programs and product launches supporting patient services
- Drive sales, control labor, and monitor margins
- Manage shrinkage and product availability
- Execute business plans and meet pharmacy KPIs
- Engage in Fusion across pharmacy locations

Requirements:

- Recognized Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Current provincial pharmacist license in valuable standing
- Injection and First Aid certification required
- At least two years of licensed pharmacist experience
- Kroll software experience is preferred
