As Director of AI Enablement, you will own the company-wide roadmap and turn opportunities into adopted solutions. You will assess workflows, manage the AI technology stack, establish governance, and help teams embed effective tools into everyday work. The role reports to Matthew Lowe, CEO and Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own ZeroKey’s AI enablement strategy and roadmap
- Lead assessments, proofs of concept, deployment, adoption, and scaling
- Establish policies protecting intellectual property and customer data
- Coach teams through hands-on training and ongoing support




- Report AI results and recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

- At least 8 years in technology, operations, or process improvement
- Proven change management and lasting adoption experience
- Understanding of AI architecture, data management, and security
- Ability to quantify productivity improvements and cost-benefit tradeoffs
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
