As Senior Advisor, Asset Management Services, you will drive adoption of insight-driven approaches across complex mining operations. The position leads predictive maintenance initiatives, supports lifecycle planning, and promotes corporate maintenance tools through training. Close partnerships with TCT and operating sites will support sustained improvements and measurable operational value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enable predictive, insight-driven machine health practices across Agnico Eagle
- Develop and standardize machine data and performance metrics
- Lead global predictive maintenance initiatives from design through support




- Promote corporate maintenance tools through training and ongoing support
- Support long-term asset lifecycle and replacement strategies

Requirements:

- Mechanical engineering or related bachelor’s degree required
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant maintenance experience
- Experience leading technology deployments in industrial environments
- Understanding of mining equipment, maintenance, and operations
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and solid influencing skills
