As a community training coordinator, you will help plan and deliver Work Ready Program and Employment and Training Information Sessions. You will liaise with Nunavut Arctic College, high schools, local partners, and community members. The position also supports recruitment, onboarding, presentations, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan community-based training programs and participant registration
- Promote WRP and ETIS schedules throughout the community
- Liaise with colleges, high schools, and local partners
- Prepare materials and facilitate Work Ready Program sessions




- Coordinate venues, catering, transportation, hotels, and translators

Requirements:

- Three years’ experience in office administration and community engagement
- Fluent Inuktitut and English communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of Inuit culture and Nunavut Agreement enrollment
- Explicit presentation skills for student and community audiences
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
