The Operations, Housing and Conference Services Manager leads a unit supporting students, staff, and guests. This manager oversees Conference Services, the McGill Official Hotel program, Summer Business, residence accommodations, purchasing, and operational expenses. The position develops standards, policies, initiatives, and a three-year marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and administer Summer Business and Conference Services
- Develop a three-year marketing plan for commercial operations
- Control operational and administrative expenses against budget targets
- Oversee purchasing,



inventory, shipping, and receiving activities
- Represent the unit at internal and external meetings

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with three years of related experience
- Hospitality operations experience is an asset
- Building or property management knowledge is an asset
- Hotel property management software experience is an asset
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
