As Partner Manager, you will manage strategic and core partners across the dotCMS ecosystem. You will coordinate partner plans, enablement, co-marketing, technology partnerships, and performance operations. The position focuses on turning partnerships into recent business opportunities within B2B SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

Manage strategic partner relationships and execute agreed partner plans

Lead partner portal and program tier management

Coordinate training, content, resources, and enablement activities

Oversee joint campaigns, webinars, and partner events

Track partner pipeline, performance, ROI,



and referral payouts

Requirements

5–7+ years in partner management, channel partnerships, or ecosystem development

Experience within B2B SaaS; enterprise experience preferred

Experience building or scaling partner programs and systems

Strong relationship management, account planning, and project execution skills

Experience tracking pipeline attribution and program ROI
