As a Parts Advisor with Experience Hyundai, you will be a key part of keeping our customers and technicians moving. Your role is all about providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and ensuring the right parts are available when they are needed most. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and suppliers to identify, source, and deliver automotive parts efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and helping people, this is the role for you!

Hourly Wage Range: $19.20 - $22.05

How you will make an impact:

- Ordering parts for clients needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner
- Receiving parts orders with accuracy
- Communicating with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
- Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
- Maintain parts inventory count

What drives your success:

- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Fluency with Microsoft Office software
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail
