Subaru of Prince George is looking for a result driven; client focused Parts Advisor to join our dealership. We are cultivating a culture of creativity, entrepreneurship, and working collaboratively as a team of automotive professionals to delight our clients both with their buying and service experiences.
- Dispense support to all service bay technicians by supplying and ordering the appropriate parts required
- Provide excellent customer service both on the phone and over the counter for our Wholesale and Retail customers
- Provide the appropriate information to all general parts/service/Accessory/Tire related inquiries
- Correctly identifying parts needed, taking technician orders, quoting prices, creating purchase orders & invoices
- Handling and providing prices for telephone enquiries
- Conducting inventory of the stock, preparation work, and clean-up
- Ability to present information regarding status of pending backordered parts and supply an estimated time of arrival if possible
- Recommend and sell parts & accessories to customers
- Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
- Outgoing & a strong desire to serve people
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Create work orders with accurate information
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for parts
- Keep parts department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
