The work includes medications, gastric tube feeds, tracheotomy care, oxygen saturation monitoring, care plans, and therapeutic interventions. Collaboration with families, staff, and healthcare teams supports each child's health, healing, and independence. Complete daily assessments requiring nursing intervention Monitor tracheotomy care and ventilator equipment Develop and manage individualized nursing care plans Advocate for children and guide families through services Current First Aid and CPR Level BLS Ventilator experience and TLR training considered assets Bring pediatric assessment, complex medical care, and family collaboration skills to this rotating-shift Nurse position.
