As the People AI Solutions Designer, you will translate readied HR workflows into technical designs, prototypes, and production solutions. You will build agents, automations, and lightweight applications across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, ServiceNow, and Moveworks. The work includes LLMs, prompt design, integrations, user pilots, and production readiness. You will collaborate with process owners, the HR COE, HR Systems, McKesson Technology, and a UX designer.

Key Responsibilities

Translate defined workflows into technical designs or mockups

Build agents, automations, and lightweight HR applications

Pilot solutions and improve prompts, logic, and integrations





Harden, document, monitor, and hand solutions to operations

Curate reusable components, patterns, templates, and standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated building experience

Typically seven or more years of relevant experience

Portfolio showing solutions from prototype through production

Fluency with low-code platforms and agent tooling

Experience with LLMs, Python, scripting, APIs, and integrations
