Design AI solutions for McKesson’s HR teams in a hybrid Mississauga role, using low-code platforms, agent tooling, and practical coding skills. The People AI Solutions Designer builds agents, automations, and lightweight applications from readied HR workflows. This hands-on position rapidly prototypes, pilots, refines, and ships solutions with HR Systems, Workforce Innovation, and McKesson Technology.

You will use Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Moveworks, Python, scripting, and APIs as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated building experience
