Overview

We are looking for organised communicators who can keep fairness criteria, observations, and ratings consistently aligned. You will perform AI evaluation of scenario-based conversations and media while recording clear, evidence-supported judgments. This opportunity is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Review content for respectful communication, consistent treatment, and complete requested information.
- Compare outputs and organise the evidence supporting the fairer response.
- Document a concise rationale that connects criteria directly to wording.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and transparent written communication.
- Careful organisation of fairness-focused review evidence.
- Ability to apply fairness criteria consistently to scenario-based content.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
