Bring ETF trade support and settlement expertise to Sun Life, working hybrid while delivering accurate daily operations and client service.

This Investment Operations Analyst supports a newly established ETF mandate and assists the Investment Operations Support team. Reporting to the Director of Investment Operations, you will work with Portfolio Management, Product, and Institutional leaders. The position combines reconciliation, corporate actions, transaction processing, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconcile daily activity and complete ETF settlement requirements
- Deliver the PCF while demonstrating technical proficiency
- Independently monitor corporate actions and select responses
- Respond to moderately complex client inquiries across channels




- Identify operational risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

- Three to six years’ experience in investment operations
- Degree in business, math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline
- Knowledge of ETFs, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and derivatives
- Experience with data quality workflows or third-party tools
- Ability to communicate recommendations clearly under strict deadlines
