Support customers and operations as an Electrical Service Technician based primarily in Fort McMurray, with Alberta travel and hybrid flexibility. Troubleshoot high voltage equipment.

The client’s Electrical division is seeking a Field Service Technician for regional customer service. You will service uninterruptible power supplies, batteries, and other electronic-based products at customer sites. Success requires technical judgment, effective problem-solving, customer focus, time management, and robust verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service and repair company products at customer or company locations
- Perform preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance, and installations
- Support customers with equipment operation and maintenance questions




- Act as technical contact for service-related customer concerns
- Maintain regional responsibility through 24/7 on-call service

Requirements:

- Electrical, Electronics, or Engineering Technology college diploma or degree
- One year experience with UPS, battery technologies, or electronics
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
- Authorization to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship
- Willingness to travel to the United States for training
