The position suits a construction qualified with three-plus years of estimating experience and strong knowledge of labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs. You will collaborate with project managers and construction leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build labour, equipment, material, subcontractor, and project cost estimates
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, commercial risks, and execution assumptions
- Participate in bid reviews and approval processes




- Maintain cost databases, productivity information, and historical estimate data

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of contractor-side construction estimating experience
- Experience with civil, infrastructure, industrial, or comparable construction
- Familiarity with Canadian or North American tendering practices
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
