This Infrastructure Analyst, Storage & Compute Services role focuses on hands-on administration, support, monitoring, and improvement. You will work with Pure Storage FlashArray, Purity, Pure1, storage area networks, Fibre Channel, snapshots, and replication. The position also involves Cisco UCS, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft Windows Server.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Pure Storage, Cisco UCS, VMware, and Windows platforms
- Monitor availability, replication, capacity, performance, and backup integration
- Investigate complex incidents as a technical escalation
- Implement approved reliability, security, automation,



and support improvements
- Provide practical guidance to less experienced team members

Requirements:

- Robust practical and theoretical enterprise infrastructure knowledge
- Five or more years of related infrastructure experience
- Hands-on administration of enterprise storage platforms
- Experience with Fibre Channel, snapshots, replication, and capacity planning
- Relevant technology education or equivalent practical experience
