Shape marine civil engineering delivery at Worley through team leadership, technical oversight, and client relationships. This full time position supports approximately 30 people.

The Group Manager leads business operations and technical competency across ports and marine civil or structural work. You will guide recruitment, coaching, performance management, proposals, project budgets, and compliant engineering deliverables. The position also requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee technical competency and quality programs
- Monitor engineering teams and support growth plans
- Review layouts, calculations, analyses, studies, and reports
- Work with Project Managers on project budgets




- Promote workplace and design safety

Requirements:

- Accredited civil or structural engineering degree
- Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia registration eligibility
- Relevant discipline experience exceeding 15 years
- Project or team leadership experience exceeding 5 years
- Experience with recruitment, mentoring, coaching, and performance management
