Lead performance marketing for Sweat Pants Agency’s DTC portfolio with Google Ads, Merchant Center, and conversion tracking expertise. Work remotely worldwide with client calls during US Eastern hours.

This senior-level position gives you ownership of Google accounts, client relationships, and the full funnel. You will investigate campaign structure, search terms, bidding, feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking before recommending action. Your decisions will distinguish brand from non-brand, assess PMax delivery, and prioritize NC-CPA and NC-ROAS over blended reporting. Claude or an equivalent tool supports building and shipping landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients
- Review account structure, keywords, negatives, bids, and impression share
- Manage Merchant Center titles, disapprovals,



promotions, and feed hygiene
- Reconcile GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, tags, and enhanced conversions
- Diagnose and fix creative, offer, AOV, page, or checkout constraints

Requirements:

- Meaningful DTC or eCommerce Google Ads buying experience
- Specific experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns
- Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue, and changes made
- AI-native approach with ability to build and ship pages
- Transparent English communication and skepticism toward dashboard numbers
