This Financial Analyst supports Tri-Mach’s finance and operations teams through reporting, financial models, projections, and research. Responsibilities span ERP and accounting-system analysis, costing, purchasing trends, labour utilization, gross margins, and process improvement. Your work informs pricing, quoting, investment cases, leadership decisions, and Board support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract and analyze information from ERP and accounting systems
- Maintain financial models, reporting templates, dashboards, and KPIs
- Develop costing models supporting pricing and quoting decisions
- Identify margin, cost-saving,



and process-improvement opportunities
- Prepare ad hoc analysis for leadership and Board decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
- Two or more years of financial analysis and modeling experience
- Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office applications
- Robust presentation skills for non-financial audiences
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and effective under pressure
