Support AbbVie Medical Affairs by translating clinical research into credible scientific exchange with dermatology experts and healthcare professionals. Travel is approximately 50%.
As a Medical Science Liaison, you will nurture external expert relationships and strengthen AbbVie’s scientific credibility. You will respond to requests with medical information for external experts and internal stakeholders. The work includes academic-centre support, research follow-up, and scientific presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain therapeutic-area scientific expertise
- Provide scientific support to external experts and academic centres
- Follow up on investigator initiated studies and projects
- Deliver credible presentations to healthcare professionals
- Summarize data from relevant scientific meetings
Requirements:
- PhD, PharmD, or M.D. required
- Dermatology background considered an asset
- Customer-facing healthcare industry experience
- Scientific research presentation or interpretation experience
- Technology comfort, passport, and valid driver’s license
