Shape conversational analytics and AI-enabled decision support using LLMs and governed enterprise data as a Senior Conversational Analytics Engineer.

You will develop AI assistants and agentic workflows that retrieve context, query analytical data, interpret results, and communicate understandable responses. The work includes semantic models, retrieval patterns, secure integrations, and human controls. You will collaborate across platform, data, architecture, and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build natural-language experiences for authorized enterprise data users
- Develop assistants that retrieve context and interpret analytical results
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and semantic retrieval
- Ground responses in business definitions, metrics, and metadata




- Apply human review controls for high-impact recommendations and actions

Requirements:

- Typically five or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Solid Python, SQL, software engineering, APIs, and testing skills
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, embeddings, vector search, and RAG
- Experience with semantic models, warehouses, lakehouses, APIs, and BI
- Understanding of governed access, lineage, data quality, and metadata
