This Clinical Product Specialist role bridges physiotherapy and technology development for RunReady Pro. You will test features, validate program effectiveness, and refine user experience with Product, Technology, and Run Specialist teams. The work also includes client assessments and footwear recommendations at RunReady Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate clinical workflows into intuitive digital tools
- Validate accuracy, efficacy, and safety of RunReady protocols
- Collect client feedback and analyze system performance
- Integrate validated findings into platform updates
- Contribute to webinars, workshops, and educational content
Requirements:
- Physiotherapy license in positive standing with affiliated college
- Experience with digital health, SaaS, or technology-enabled platforms
- Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams
- 20-40 hours weekly in person at West 4th Avenue
