FSRA seeks a Business Analyst to guide research, planning, development, and implementation of business processes and technology strategies. The position focuses on database systems, data integrity, operational policies, and improved communication across divisions and pension-sector stakeholders. You will provide expertise for system reviews and regulatory service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review data, workflows, technologies, and process effectiveness

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Pension industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of database and information systems administration
- Solid business analysis principles, methods, and tools knowledge
- Microsoft Office, Power Platform, Python, SQL, and Copilot proficiency
