This Product Development Manager leads technical evolution across CaRMS’ current portfolio and next-generation offerings. The position balances design discussions, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, people leadership, product ownership, and delivery oversight. You will help transition legacy Java and WebLogic systems toward newer technology stacks while maintaining existing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end solution design for current and future products
- Drive modernization from legacy Java and WebLogic systems
- Adopt contemporary front-end and back-end technologies
- Participate in coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and technical decisions




- Maintain documentation, reporting, and operational product information

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Python and Laravel web application stacks
- Ability to work with legacy Java and WebLogic applications
- Strong software development, product delivery, and Agile knowledge
- Experience leading technology modernization or platform transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Datadog, GitHub, Jira, Claude, or Figma
