This Doctor's Assistant position combines clinical support with client consultations and treatment coordination. You will review patient needs, explain available options, and create plans aligned with expectations. You will also maintain accurate files, assist before and after procedures, and support the clinic director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct first-visit assessments and explain available treatment options
- Provide medical assistance during various surgical techniques
- Prepare instruments, materials, supplies, and treatment rooms
- Record detailed clinical notes accurately in client files




- Conduct consultations occasionally in support of the clinic director

Requirements:

- Diploma in Esthetics and Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
- English proficiency for communication with clients and colleagues
- Integrity, trustworthiness, initiative, autonomy, and leadership
- Respectful, concise, effective communication and collaboration skills
