Within the Financial Planning and Analysis team, this position reports to the Director, Business Finance. You will advise organizational leaders through budgets, forecasts, financial models, business cases, and performance analysis. Your work supports informed decisions, profitability visibility, and improvement across business units and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders on budgets aligned to goals
- Analyze revenue, expense drivers, and financial variances
- Recommend actions to improve financial results
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and projections
- Generate data-driven insights for profitable growth

Requirements:

- Five or more years of finance or analytical experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency and reporting tools experience
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Ability to influence stakeholders through transparent communication
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
