Protect pedestrians and vehicles as a Traffic Control Person supporting Ventana Construction projects throughout Greater Vancouver. Keep active worksites orderly, clean, and secure.

This TCP/Hoist Operator position emphasizes traffic control, approved plans, signage, and coordination around construction zones. You will coordinate with municipal crews, utility providers, stakeholders, crane operators, and the public. General labour duties include cleaning, shoveling, concrete chipping, material handling, and using hand and power tools. Hoist duties may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor public safety within construction zones
- Maintain signage, equipment, and traffic control personnel
- Coordinate with crews, utilities, stakeholders, and crane operators
- Keep roads,



sidewalks, and delivery areas clean
- Represent Ventana professionally and courteously to the public

Requirements:

- Valid TCO and Hoist Operator certifications
- Prior TCP or construction experience is an asset
- Customer-facing and multilingual experience are assets
- Strong communication, observation, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle access are assets
