Formerly CORE Geomatics, Connexa Group is seeking a Survey Party Chief to guide one survey crew. You will manage legal survey field work, construction layout, and control surveys. The position requires explicit documentation, crew mentorship, safety leadership, and communication. Experience in both construction and municipal sectors is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide crews through subdivision and condominium survey field work
- Support development permit applications and Real Property Reports
- Complete building, pile, grading, and facility layout
- Record field notes, calculations, and project records
- Follow protocols while guiding survey assistants

Requirements:

- Technical college geomatics diploma or degree
- Previous experience leading survey crews
- Construction layout and control survey experience
- Industrial or commercial site experience
- Legal survey experience considered an asset
