Lead Trail Appliances’ sales team with strong communication and customer service skills while supporting a welcoming shopping experience. This full-time position requires availability Monday to Sunday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.

As Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales and guide sales consultants toward performance goals. You will address customer concerns, coordinate promotions, and develop employees through structured programs, meetings, and reviews. Problem-solving and attention to detail are central to daily leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Sales Consultants to improve shopping experiences
- Resolve customer concerns related to business operations
- Implement strategies that maximize sales department profitability




- Conduct one-on-one meetings and regular performance reviews
- Ensure customers receive timely greetings and service
