Maple Leaf Foods is accepting applications for a Millwright at its boutique sausage facility. You will maintain and service equipment used for daily food production within a team-based, unionized maintenance department. This position requires rotating shifts, excluding nights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and service equipment used in daily production
- Carry out work requests and apply corrective action
- Record inventory and labor through computerized maintenance programs
- Recommend and implement improvements to equipment performance
- Follow plant food safety and health policies

Requirements:





- Hold a valid Industrial Mechanic Millwright Journeyperson Certificate
- Understand conveyors, pumps, compressors, and high-speed packaging equipment
- Knowledge of welding equipment, machining tools, and electrical controls
- Work independently or within a team with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate urgency, attention to detail, and communication skills
