This 2P Order Operations Consultant role supports vendor management and purchase-order execution across a multi-brand retail environment. You will follow up on inventory updates, acknowledgements, ASNs, cancellations, and delivery concerns. Your analysis will help identify recurring issues and practical process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support DSCO execution and day-to-day vendor management
- Follow up on purchase orders and inventory updates
- Investigate missing acknowledgements, ASNs, and cancellations
- Partner with Transportation on carrier order tracking




- Report exception patterns for deeper operational investigation

Requirements:

- Two to four years in vendor, dropship, or supply-chain operations
- Ability to resolve high-volume operational requests promptly
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners
- Solid problem-solving and issue-investigation skills
- Organized approach to tracking, documentation, and follow-up
