This CyberArk Engineer supports delivery services for clients requiring resilient Privileged Access Management. You will translate requirements into PAM designs and administer secure access across segmented, air-gapped, and enterprise environments. The work includes troubleshooting, upgrades, health checks, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement privileged access controls aligned with NERC CIP requirements
- Translate OT, infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements into PAM designs
- Perform CyberArk upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform health checks
- Adapt deployment,



patching, and support for restricted connectivity
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client teams

Requirements:

- Five or more years of CyberArk and PAM engineering experience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with OT, regulated utility, or air-gapped environments
- Familiarity with NERC CIP controls and change management
- Solid verbal and written technical communication skills
