Shape CAAT’s cybersecurity operations through vulnerability management, cloud security, and offensive security leadership across enterprise technology environments. This senior manager role oversees programs designed to strengthen detection and resilience.

The Senior Manager leads the Security Operations Centre, vulnerability lifecycle, red team activities, incident response, and cyber resilience. You will align operational security engineering with business risks, technology roadmaps, and enterprise objectives. Your work spans Azure, AWS, applications, infrastructure, identity, network, cloud, and SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end vulnerability management across enterprise technology domains
- Oversee red team emulations and purple team exercises
- Build 24×7 SOC staffing, escalation,



SLA, and coverage models
- Partner with architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams
- Ensure ISO, NIST, ITIL, and Canadian standards compliance

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of progressive cybersecurity experience
- Four or more years managing cybersecurity leadership functions
- Required CISSP certification
- Robust Azure and AWS cloud security knowledge
- Expertise with EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and security platforms
