As Senior Technical Product Manager or Product Manager, Omni Technology, you will support a major order management transformation. You will evaluate vendors, develop business cases, and phase deployment from SAP ECC SD toward contemporary DOM. Your scope includes inventory, routing, fulfillment, payments, and order exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate vendors and develop ROI and business cases
- Define deployment phasing for next-generation DOM solutions
- Structure ATP, inventory, routing, and fulfillment requirements
- Coordinate integrations across eCommerce, ERP, POS, and networks




- Optimize performance, exception handling, and order throughput

Requirements:

- Enterprise software transformation or platform migration experience
- Direct experience with modern cloud-native DOM systems
- Deep understanding of ATP, BOPIS, BORIS, and allocation
- Experience with payment gateways, tokenization, and settlements
- Strong Agile, Scrum, backlog, and sprint delivery skills
