As Transaction and Leasing Project Manager, you will establish consistent practices across corporate and branch locations. Your work will connect real estate leadership, legal counsel, brokers, landlords, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Five years of experience, process architecture, and anticipatory operations capability are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish standardized real estate and leasing project practices
- Maintain master schedules, tracking sheets, and IWMS platforms
- Coordinate due diligence and synthesize incoming requests




- Present structured recommendations and next steps to leadership
- Route contracts and execution packages through quality review

Requirements:

- Five years of project management experience
