Manage cadastral surveying projects with expertise in boundary determination, property records, and registered plans as an Ontario Land Surveyor.

This full time position combines project execution with technical leadership across land development assignments. You will interpret deeds and plans, perform title searches and calculations, and coordinate clients, authorities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Mentorship and quality control are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute land surveying projects from fieldwork through plan preparation
- Prepare plans for severances, subdivisions, and condominiums
- Interpret property records, deeds, and plans for boundaries
- Perform title searches and surveying calculations
- Coordinate clients, authorities, contractors, and project teams

Requirements:

- O.L.S. licence or eligibility for registration
- Five to ten years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MicroSurvey software
- Proven project leadership and staff mentoring experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
