As Program Manager, you will support large-scale regulatory and strategic change initiatives during a one-year contract. The hybrid schedule expects four office days and close collaboration with business, functional, technology, and external delivery partners. Success depends on stakeholder alignment, risk management, and explicit reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regulatory and strategic transformation initiatives
- Manage RAID items, dependencies, escalations, and timely resolutions
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and potential delays
- Coordinate suppliers, consultants,
and delivery partners
- Guide junior team members and promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years leading program management delivery
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
