The Senior Manager, Investment Fund Operations, reports to the Senior Director, Fund Operations & Strategic Relationships. This Asset Management Product team position covers retail and institutional product operations. Responsibilities include governance, continuous improvement, operational risk mitigation, stakeholder escalation, and project leadership across mutual funds, pooled funds, Exchange Traded Funds, and High Interest Savings Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day execution and governance of product operations
- Coordinate operational readiness for product changes and launches
- Provide escalation support when operational issues arise




- Represent Asset Management on cross-divisional enterprise initiatives
- Plan and implement strategic Product and Operations initiatives

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in fund operations or administration
- Minimum five years leading strategic and cross-functional projects
- Experience with fund accounting and custody operations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- English fluency required; French bilingual skills are an asset
