Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Your mandate includes advancing opportunities, managing project performance, and aligning delivery with financial, schedule, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee development performance across active projects
- Advance opportunities from planning through approvals
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Establish reporting, governance, and operational processes

Requirements:

- Proven record advancing complex projects through delivery
- 10+ years of real estate development experience
- Strong understanding of development economics and approvals
- Ability to evaluate risk, return, and project viability
