Shape Associated Engineering’s Microsoft ecosystem as Director, Enterprise Applications, specializing in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and architecture governance.

This senior leadership role oversees the enterprise application portfolio, development capability, application support, and Dynamics Centre of Excellence. You will translate organizational priorities into secure, integrated, scalable, and supportable solutions. Responsibilities span Microsoft Dynamics 365, custom applications, integrations, analytics, and corporate platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish application development standards, methodologies, and governance
- Lead major implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives
- Set application sustainment, release, testing, and service standards
- Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity, privacy, data,



and continuity requirements
- Translate business needs into roadmaps and investment recommendations

Requirements:

- 12+ years in enterprise technology, business systems, or applications
- Five years leading application teams at senior management or director level
- Experience leading complex application portfolio modernization
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure integrations, or Power BI
- Knowledge of secure development, automated testing, and continuous deployment
