Drive Human Resources communications at Stantec with audience-focused messaging, campaign execution, and organizational development support. This contract runs through December 2027.

This Employee Communications Specialist works within Stantec’s Employee Communications team, supporting HR leaders and companywide initiatives. You will develop internal communication plans that help employees understand how their work supports the Strategic Plan and brand. Success requires flexibility, efficiency, accuracy, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute communications plans for learning and development initiatives
- Develop targeted messages based on audience needs
- Adapt content across email, intranet, and video formats
- Coordinate with marketing, communications, public relations,



digital, and creative teams
- Manage shifting priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy

Requirements:

- Five or more years of communications-related experience
- Human Resources experience considered an asset
- Robust written, verbal, collaboration, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
