Analyze project performance and emerging risks as a Project Controller supporting Cementation’s NexGen Rook I shaft sinking project.

This Project Controller position maintains reliable cost information and explains trends affecting project decisions. You will support cost-at-completion forecasts, validate records, and coordinate reporting with finance, procurement, scheduling, change, and construction teams. The schedule follows a 14/14 rotation with 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute cost-control activities under the Project Controls Management Plan
- Identify cost trends, risks, opportunities, and forecast movements
- Explain cost drivers and variances to project leadership
- Maintain traceable records for reviews, assurance, and audits




- Support data validation and reporting improvements across project controls

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ cost-control experience in construction or mining
- Knowledge of commitments, accruals, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Robust Excel capability and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
- Experience coordinating cost data with project teams
