As a PLM Business Analyst, you will become a business partner for clients transforming engineering processes. You will maintain alignment between requirements and business needs while collaborating with technical and operational teams. The work includes transformation documentation, business case validation, change management, and solution qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify stakeholders and understand business contexts
- Gather needs and define transparent transformation objectives
- Maintain aligned functional and non-functional requirements




- Lead collaborative workshops to refine solutions
- Contribute to qualification, testing, and validation

Requirements:

- Four or more years in a similar role
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Siemens PLM
- Data analysis and visualization tool proficiency
- Business process modeling experience with ARIS, IcePanel, or C4
- Strong facilitation, training, and presentation skills
