Support inclusive early childhood programs through coaching, group dynamics expertise, and developmental observation with the Child Development Centre. This full-time position travels within Yukon.

The Early Childhood Inclusion Specialist works with programs serving children from birth to five years. You will coach educators and one-to-one support workers, evaluate learning environments, and consider effects on development and group interactions. The work also includes short-term therapeutic groups and team-oriented service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach early childhood educators in inclusive practices
- Coach one-to-one support workers on group participation
- Evaluate environments and group interactions




- Apply observation tools in early learning programs
- Lead short-term therapeutic groups

Requirements:

- Degree in early childhood education, development, or related field
- Two years’ experience in an early learning program
- Experience implementing inclusion in group settings
- Knowledge of group dynamics and social emotional development
- Experience working in cross-cultural settings
