Support True Anomaly’s spacecraft mission in Denver or Long Beach through government security leadership, DCSA coordination, and compliance expertise.

This Director of Government Security position leads security programs for space systems addressing national security challenges in orbit. You will manage contractual security requirements from award through closeout across concurrent programs. The role also oversees personnel clearances, training, access control, subcontractor compliance, and security education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage contractual requirements including DD254, SPP, and contract terms
- Administer clearances, indoctrinations, access control, and personnel security
- Track DCSA mandatory training across all personnel




- Ensure subcontractor compliance and support vendor security reviews
- Assess evolving directives for enterprise applicability

Requirements:

- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
- 10+ years’ industrial security experience on classified contracts
- Demonstrated Facility Security Officer experience
- Knowledge of NISPOM and DCSA processes
- Comfort building programs in a resource-conscious startup
