This client-focused specialist delivers AI governance, digital sovereignty, and education services for global customers. You will facilitate workshops, align approaches with standards and guidance, and explain technical and policy concepts to non-technical audiences. The position also coordinates faculty associates and subject matter experts for client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide clients through Machine Trust Platform™ onboarding
- Interpret AI trust results and recommend governance actions
- Facilitate framework, policy, and guardrail implementation




- Maintain education curriculum for emerging practices and regulations
- Share client feedback with the product team

Requirements:

- 5–8 years in AI governance, responsible AI, digital policy, or risk
- Working knowledge of relevant Canadian and international regulations
- Robust customer-facing workshop and executive presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt
- Alignment with trust, transparency, and ethical AI values
