This experienced leadership position oversees the center’s overall success, including enrollment, schedules, resources, budgets, and operational efficiency. You will lead early childhood educators while maintaining licensing, ratios, health, safety, and regulatory standards. The work also includes performance management, career development, and family communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee staffing, enrollment, schedules, and center operations
- Monitor center resources, budget, quality, and efficiency
- Maintain licensing, child safety, health, and compliance




- Support educator performance management and development
- Manage tours, family concerns, and center communication

Requirements:

- 2–5+ years of licensed childcare or early learning experience
- Strong experience coaching early childhood educators
- Confidence managing staffing, performance, and operational challenges
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Childcare management or center leadership experience is an asset
